Designated coordinator(s) know your meeting’s details inside and out. They answer your attendees’ questions (agenda, hotel, transfers, etc.).

Meeting Partners, while handling the air travel for your meeting, work in partnership with you to create a meeting that runs effortlessly.

Control your air budget. Meeting Partners know, based on our complimentary air projections, your budget for air travel from the first reservation.  Our objective is to meet your budget and abide by your approval policy.  

Prefer Direct Billing vs. Credit Card? No problem, Meeting Partners estimates the overall cost and requests a deposit for that amount.  Post-meeting you receive a detailed itemized report for final billing. 

Managing Approved Attendee Lists.  We compare each individual reservation against your Attendee Lists. (i.e., VIPs that can fly first class, early arrivals, additional approved guests, etc.). 

Corporate Air Agreement.  Not a problem, Meeting Partners can be named on your contract so your meeting’s air volume is recognized with carriers.
