We are your Meeting Air Specialists.
 

Designated Coordinator(s) who know your meeting details prior to the first reservation. We answer your attendees’ questions (agenda, hotel, transfers, etc.) while handling the air travel for your meeting. We work in partnership with youto create a meeting that runs effortlessly.

Control Your Air Budget: We know, based on our air projections, your budget for air travel from the first reservation.  Our objective is to meet your budget and abide by your guidelines.

Manages Approved Attendee Lists.  We compare each individual reservation against your Attendee Lists. (i.e., VIPs who can fly first class, early arrivals, additional approved guests, etc.). 

Corporate Air Agreement: We also can be named on your contract so your meeting’s air volume is recognized with your preferred carriers.

Complimentary Tickets: We will negotiate this for you, based on the number of attendees, destination and airline.

Large Group of Attendees Traveling from Same Departure City:  We can block and negotiate Group Space.  

VIP Meeting — After Hour/Emergency Service: Our service will notify you if an attendee’s flight is going to be late or if there are cancellations at your hotel or on-site

24/7 Online Access: Arrival and departure lists are made available online.

Risk Management Reporting:  We send you Alerts in adherence to your risk management policy.

Complimentary Air Travel Link for Your Invitations or Registration Page:  We send your designated coordinator a customized web page designed specifically for your meeting.

Pre and Post Requests from Your Attendees:  We have specialists who will work with them directly.

Post Online Survey: Upon completion of your meeting, attendees can receive an online survey. This enables not only us, but more importantly, you to evaluate how we are doing.
